Air has to reach skin

Fans under a sealed vinyl pad only cool the room. The kit perforates the sit surface or replaces the pad so air actually moves.

If you hear it in pianissimo, it is not a product. PWM fans, rubber isolation, no rattle into the bench.

Hardware lives in the underbelly. Sit height stays the same. No 2-inch office cushion on a concert bench.

A retrofit for a bench you already own. First SKU is the storage wood bench — it already has a cavity. Artist and X-frame come later.
